Youtube videos keep skipping to the end

90% of videos I watch, after 10 seconds it immediately cuts to the end. It still shows the frame I watched last, and doesnt bring up the recommended videos screen. So I go back on the red bar thing and then it just buffers infinitely at the time it stopped at. help.

I had this happen for a while, but I think it fixed itself. Maybe try clearing caches and other stuff like that?
