so today i was walking around school and one of my friends say they're going into the military when they're older, and the little stuff that i talk about sometimes here comes up and says that Obama is going to force her to get a chip, and whenever I asked when that happened he said "It was just last year, DUH." and i start asking where he got it from and he was like "Uh, Obama announced it himself last year?".
I have not at all heard about Obama announcing some chip thing
Also my friend (wanting to go into the army one) actually believes the chip thing and all
also whenever I told them that I looked up the chip thing (He was yelling about it last year and calling obama the anti-christ) and didn't come up with anything, he said "Never believe anything on the internet - None of it is true, even YOU said that!" (I actually said "Never take anything people say to you serious on the internet and never believe something like that" or something like that)
but yeah did this happen or something and i was apparently asleep for a few months and news broadcasts ignored it or something
