Well, what I'm really trying to say is that if someone really was dumb enough to do a freaking hand-stand in front of a door while rotating the weight of their body, then yes, they should face the consequences.
driving is literally you controlling a big, heavy machine moving at high speeds around other big, heavy machines doing the same thing, whose drivers may in fact be stupid
so driving is very risky, but if someone else causes you to get in a wreck by doing something you didn't expect, it doesn't mean you deserved it
