If it is that bad, call an ambulance or tell another relative to do it for her. Do you know for sure that she is having a blood clot? And if she is dizzy, it's a sign that something desperately is wrong physically. The dizziness is a reaction from her immune system. Is only her nose bleeding? And no, this does not mean she is dying, but she might need medical attention.

Your complete lack of probabilistic language makes it pretty evident you aren't an expert. Dizziness/confusion can be a sign of a multitude of different health problems, many not directly involving the immune system.
