Is it appropriate/possible to be mainstream when you are 10 years?

Okay, I explained my age in the title, yeah, cigarette face, but I would like to know the answer.

I was thinking of working overtime while I'm at home making music, I used to love to do it, ever since I were eight years old I was using the fruity loops program to make music, I wasn't good, and I'm not professional now, but is it possible?

Oh and, I don't listen to dubstep. I listen to UK Garage tunes, which is something dubstep originated from though.
