Amazing idea! I would get the biggest speed blok!

Give them a transparent protective case of sorts and it would be perfect

This is cool and all, but it'll never take off. I don't know if you've noticed this or not but companies that make phones love to sue each other all the time. Over some pretty unimportant stuff. I doubt any phone companies would want to work together. Also building a phone that is essentially a breadboard seems like it wouldn't be that great. It would probably be super bulky and slow if it were to have components that could switch out with one another.

Seems like a great idea, and although I'm not too keen on smartphones, I'd probably get something along these lines assuming they executed their plans properly.

The doge is right.

It would be next to impossible to make the technology this needs at reasonable prices.
And getting major phone companies to work together? Ha, yeah right.

Do you have any idea how fast technology is advancing? Computers used to be bigger than refrigerators, now they can do much more than they used to and they're dozens of times smaller. That kind of change didn't take long at all, to get something like this would be a snap

i already made a topic about this yesterday

This plan can't be properly executed.

Awesome but not going to work because no one will bother. There's more money making if you release garbage phones everyday like Samsung does. Instant billions in revenue.

hahahaha

companies PURPOSELY outdate their products so that you buy new ones, this would cut their revenue by so much, never going to happen unless a new company formed entirely on this premise, and they'd have to have a large backing to even compete with a top name company like Samsung

This is what I thought the intention of this was

This is what I thought the intention of this was
that takes years upon years, they'd have to do the R&D on the idea completely by themselves as a starting company, it would take so long just to get the basics done.

I can't see this ever becoming reality

it is possible. i dont see how it wouldnt be.
