That's EXACTLY what I was thinking. I should make an options concept now. (ohboy)

I absolutely love it (minus that brick background in the loading GUI).

Have you created these using the GUI editor or image editing?

waitwoahwoahwoah there's a GUI EDITOR!?!

but yeah I used PS CS6 for these

You could always release it as a add-on like Client_CustomLoad instead of emailing it to badspot.

I didn't get the Ubuntu font or make the preview pane yet but here's a (slightly) improved server window

Could I have some of the assets you used for that like icons and such?
I'd love to try making an actual in-game version.

Personally the only thing I have against the current thing is the non-consistency. If you are to put the Start Game menu, the Brick menu and the Options menu together, you wouldn't physically tell they're from the same game. Except Brick/Options because same GUI textures, but that's it.
Also I personally don't like that Server Browser. When I browse a server I'd rather have a gigantic list of them instead of having isometric renders that make the scrollbars 12x times smaller, if I wanted to see the builds with a server browser, I'd use browse.php.
I would rather retain the Gui, but have something more modern. The current rounded GUI elements don't make up for it. I personally made myself some square GUI that I think looks more fitting.

All that it would be needed is new GUI textures, alignment fixes for buttons and elements, and a rehearsal of the Start Menu.

Leet, I guess you didn't see that there was a grid, list, and some other type of browsing selector included in his design?

Also, would you mind PMing me that GUI pack (I don't have time to make one myself)? It's ok if you don't want to, but I'd really love to use it.

It's with mission editor and is activated with F10

I'd love to have the images and whatnot that you used for this. I might implement it in some mods of mine.

it's about time for Blockland UI to get a facelift.

If this isn't done soon I might do it as a third party addon, the limitations that would come with it would be a little painful though

As long as the Blockland interface keeps that dark, spooky, you-shouldn't-play-this-in-front-of-anyone-you-know look, I support this entirely.

I just asked him earlier :(

I could do that, yes. But what styles should I make them in?
