The weather channel had a series on possible future disasters back a while ago and a flash flood in Boulder was one of them. Those meteorologists know thier stuff.

It's weird, usually the west coast never gets this bad with rain and flooding. Las Vegas suffered a lot too, but many of these cities actually needed the rain because of constant drought.
