I don't think they make the actual phones. They just take a model, stick their name on it and 'rename' that model to like let's say A02 instead of A01. Maybe add a new feature here and there, nothing too spectacular.

Galaxy S4, also if you have the choice don't use T-Mobile/Virgin Mobile. Verizon and Sprint are more reliable and faster, in my experience.

Galaxy S4, but if you really want a 5 star quality smartphone then get the HTC One. My friend has it and it's great and so functional.
