consider upgrading it to windows 7

itt all the nerds raging about Windows 8 because the start button was removed

All Ive seen in this topic so far is a bunch of nerds overreacting to SOMEONE ELSE'S birthday gift.

Yes! The best birthday gift.

Quad core I5, 2.60 GHZ each core, GT 630m, 6GB RAM,  1TB Hard Disk, Intel HD Graphics 4000, Windows 8, Free 1 year anti-virus, just good stuff.
How can you have two graphics cards?

How can you have two graphics cards?

One's intergated into the CPU.

i can run sims 3 with 60-100 fps on a intel hd

What the hell is this stuff? Have you learned nothing?

English isn't my first language.

Stop bothering about my loving grammar, grammar isn't related to the topic, but,

If you want to blame it, create a damned langauge thread and be the grammar national socialist there.

Go away.

The least you could do is try. But nevermind that. Enjoy your computer.

So many good sides were lost that day.

lol people are such handicaps. The GT 630m looks alright. You could probably play saints row the third on high. And the fact that its an intel core i5 quad core is good as well. Is it hyperthreaded?

There's nothing wrong with Windows 8.

This. It turned into such a giant bandwagon

So many good sides were lost that day.

You call that poor, I call that nice.

It's my problem if I bought a potentially "Bad" computer, I think it's very fine.

If you don't have a touchscreen it is. My laptop has windows 8 and its awful. All the handicapped swipe functions get in my way and the task manager takes ages to turn up when your trying to end a program (which never happened with windows 7). Its also a pain in the ass to do the simplest thing with the new start menu. I hope windows 8.1 resolves these issues.
