Yep it's that time of the year again
And I finally decided to go to a social event called Homecoming
And I want to ask this guy in my class but I don't know how.
I could really use some help coming up with ideas considering this guy is pretty nerdy and a lot of you guys are pretty nerdy and a lot of you guys are guys and even if you're not guys you can help.
How do I ask this guy to Homecoming?

Thats the main point of the thread but you can also talk about experiences you've had at Homecoming before or what you're planning on doing this year.

If you really like him, I would advise first getting to know the guy and becoming friends with him. And once you get to know him, then you could date him/go out with him. If it's too late for that and you are in a rush to find somebody for homecoming, then I just think that you should be friendly with the guy for the next few days so he can get a sense that you like him and whatnot, and he could be flattered and who knows he may wanna ask you out to homecoming before you ask him.  I don't think that you should do anything too complicated, just come up with something simple. I hope you don't make the guy uncomfortable, because many guys get uncomfortable in these types of situations. I know it's weird.
