You mean like the parallax UI? It might, as I think it works off the gyro in your phone. If not, it's probably an M7 chip exclusive, which would be limited to the 5s/c only.

Uh no, M7 chip is only in 5S.
Parallax effect + dynamic wallpapers works very well on iPhone 5

And it works also on the iPhone 4S.

Apparently iphone4-4S have less features but still quite alot! But yes it will come on the 4S

I think I'll immediately switch to iOS 7. I held off for a bit on 6 after all the map controversy and stuff, but after Google got off their ass and released Google Maps on iOS I was set. Don't see much of a reason to wait this time.
