Well just after Seaside Heights makes progress in rebuilding after being destroyed by hurricane Sandy, a six alarm fire goes and causes havoc again.

The fire started at an ice cream shop and with strong winds quickly spread and reached incredible size. Their were over 400 firefighters on scene and they were able to finally control the fire by digging a 20 foot trench, through new boardwalk, to cut of the fire's fuel and disrupt its path. In total the fire destroyed 32 businesses and 6 blocks of boardwalk, some of it new.
Poor Jersey, they can't catch a break.

We have disasters going on in Colorado as well. Since a lot of the trees burnt down in the recent fires, every time it rains there is a flood. Anyways, it sucks how after they rebuilt it, it just happens to burn down.

It's a shame how much hard work was put into rebuilding everything after Sandy, and now this happens and everything is demolished once again. I have a feeling that many of the residents are tired of it and will be moving. My condolences to the people of Seaside Heights.
