Ok here's my advice to you:
You do not need an outro and intro. There are a lot of popular YouTubers who don't have either. But if you want to use one, just use an outro. For a lot of people, intros just delay the video they wanted to see. Unless it's a fantastic intro with great graphics and music, people aren't going to want to watch it.

For an outro, just do something simple. Like a 3-5 second logo with a sound effect.

Also, what is your username? Once you decide on a username, you can make a logo based off of that. Otherwise it's pretty hard for anyone to help you

In some cases yes, but I think the latter is much more important. Honestly it seems like the most creative people on YouTube are usually just little-known, just find some decent ideas and put a lot of work into them. If you put a lot of effort into your work and make it good quality, its creativity doesn't always matter
