So what the title says, one person says Truth or Dare, then another person said either one, then the first person will say the dare or a "is it true that -" question, depending on what the second person chose.

Sample:

Bobby: Truth or Dare

Ann: Dare

Bobby: I dare you to take a picture of you picking your nose.

GET IT NOW?

Or maybe if they fail the dare, then they have to do a DOUBLE DARE! If they fail to do the double dare, they will do a TRIPLE DARE!
