IPs aren't some kind of permanent thing. They can be changed rather easily and a persistent troll like Spencer will go out of his way to do that.

Giving someone a BSoD through blockland is impossible unless you downloaded a program he gave you a link to. It's most likely a problem on your end.

Though spencer2015 is a known troll, and has been distributing computermix's hack dll. I suggest banning him from your servers anyway just to be safe.
