Take a shower each morning to wake you up, that's what I do. Usually awake-feeling before 8:30.

coffee, lots of coffee

Theres your problem. 11 PM to 6:20 isn't a good amount of sleep. There's a reason why some people go to bed at 9.

do you guys feel groggy the whole day beacause i just feel like an infinite loop of groggyness 24/7 and its annoying as hell.

im pretty sure you're not supposed to feel the back of your head dully throb the whole day and like your eyes are going to explode.

This seriously isn't a problem though. It'd be different if you only have ~2 hours a night or so. I go to bed from 12-2am and wake up and 7:30ish.

I'm usually awake-feeling before 10am or so. I only feel groggy as soon as I wake up and right after school.
