Cold bucket of cold water in your face would work

cup your hands and fill them with the coldest loving water you have in your house. then splash it on your face every morning. works for me.

Do you take any medicines because that could be a factor

Or just get a better diet

im pretty sure you're not supposed to feel the back of your head dully throb the whole day and like your eyes are going to explode.

If you drink tea after you wake up it could help a lot and sooth you. Another suggestion is to wake up slowly and get out of bed slowly so you don't get dizzy or a headache.
