I currently use a iPod 4th gen so I can't get the update.
Since im not allowed to have a data plan to get a iPhone I could still get one, only To set it up like a iPod (no calls, 3G Internet) that way it doesn't count as a actual phone

So my question is
Should I get the latest phone and do what I said above?
Should I buy the iPod 5g?
Or wait till a ipod 6g comes out?
