Author Topic: Lost my 3rd Ti-84  (Read 2976 times)

What the actual forget. Today I lost my 3rd Ti-84 Silver Plus Edition Calculator at school. Every single time so far, it has been because I get up to go to the bathroom for 5 minutes, come back to the library, and some forget takes the thing. This stuff isn't cheap and it's pissing me and my dad off.

Wat do.

Oh no! Not a calculator!!!

Take it with you

Who are you

Oh no! Not a calculator!!!
Those are awesome though

Oh no! Not a calculator!!!
Uh most TI calculators are pretty expensive, you know.

Oh no! Not a calculator!!!

and spook, why didn't you like, put it in your backpack or something when you went to the bathroom
of course when you leave a 120 dollar electronic sitting about in a school full of idiots, you're gonna have trouble

Oh no! Not a calculator!!!

Our school makes you pay for every one you lose or damage, and they're not cheap.

I understand losing it once. Twice might mean you're forgetful. But 3 times? stuff brother that's a pretty big waste of about 300 dollars.

Those are awesome though

ti-84s are like the oldest graphing calculator that doesn't suck. The Nspire is pretty cool but I would never drop that much cash on one because a ti-84 does all I need.

after the first time should've been enough to start putting it in your locker or your pocket or something
do you go to a public school? :cookieMonster:

It's over $100 dip stuff.
That expensive?
Nevermind then lol.

I attend a Jesuit all boys school. So it's private. Thing is guys, a) we are not allowed to carry around backpacks to class, just got to hold your stuff in your hands b) This was during one of my free periods and it was sitting under a bunch of my other books next to the computer I was using and c) I had my freaking name written on it and even the guy monitoring the place didn't find it/see anyone take it.

And I am not loosing it. Dumbasses are just taking stuff that isn't theirs and not giving it back.

I own a Ti N spire and I would lock it up every where I go. I just put an lock on my backpack and rarely take it out (Only for homework).

If it's private, the school should cover everything since your parents pay for it anyway. The people who run your school are major cheapos then. I go to a private school and if I loose something like a calculator they provide us with a new one without making us pay for anything. All school supplies are on them too.
