Can I get some help?

Your problem is that you have Intel. Get a better video card.

I'm also starting to doubt Intel, but I was told to change it, I would have to go into the Motherboard.

intel doesn't make video cards
its a integrated gpu, of course its not gonna be able to run games good
intel makes cpu's way more powerful than amd, intel is targeted for people who bought a separate card like a 7970 or something like that

Oh? So I keep Intel, what do you suggest I do?

buy a better laptop
upgrading a laptop is impossible anyway

That PC should definitely be capable of running the game. Ignore the people saying otherwise.

Try going to the Intel website and installing the correct drivers directly from there.

Tried that, I got an error telling me that I need Microsoft NET Framework.
When I went to try, it said I had it already or had an updated version.

It should request a specific version of the .NET framework. Install that one. Then try the drivers again. Can you link to the driver download page?

I didn't see Windows 8 included...

In general a driver that works with Win 7 will probably work with Win 8, the system is pretty similar.

Didn't work, I searched for something with the chipsets and Windows 7 64 and 32 bit. The site said:
