Author Topic: Anyone a frequent quadcopter pilot?  (Read 721 times)

Hello, I just got my Wl toys v959 quadcopter, and it works and all, but when I take off, 2 propellers, one in the back, one in the front, seem to not respond until I set the quadcopter speed to 100%. Also, when I take off, the quadcopter does not take off vertically, it takes off sideways, making it hit a wall or something, which scares me since its pretty delicate. I checked the motor connections and they are all fine, batteries are fine in the remote, battery in the quadcopter was fully charged when I had this issue. Anyone know what the issue is? Or is there actually one?

I can try to help, if its a 2.4ghz system then try rebinding it. Then check the base of the gears to make sure they are fully clipped. in If not then it sounds like you have a speedo going bad. As for flying sideways, after you plug it in make sure to place it on a flat surface and check your trims.

I've got a tiny 4-rotor quadcopter. It's pretty fun to fly around the house (carefully) but when it's outside it's seriously awesome. Goes for miles too.

i got a dual rotor heli
this one infact

but it needs a new tail shaft

Thought you were talking about real pilots, then I saw the OP.

Nevermind, it works fine, it's just a matter of skill.

I should make one of these sometime soon...
