Author Topic: loving SCHOOL LUNCHES  (Read 14237 times)

my school has a subway across the street, they just let us go over there during our lunch break
Once I get my license I can go off campus for lunch :D
There's a mexican restaurant here in our town that has the best mexican food I've ever had; long story short the FIRST day that I'm able to go off campus, I'm going there to eat. It's cool too cause it's like RIGHT beside my school and their service is super fast so I can get in there and get out before next block

mm

I'm homeschooled, so, uh, yah. I either get a sandwich, or I get something tasty. Mainly depends on what we have for leftovers.

My mom rarely cooks anything not frozen/canned/from a box, so I grew up eating food not much better than school cafeteria food
But now that I do most of the cooking and I make good food, whenever my mom cooks it's like
uggg

when i was little in like 3rd or 2nd grade i had to get school lunch and got a loving corndog
guess what
THE forgetIN THING WAS GREEN.
so i never ate anything that day.

got a loving corndog

THE forgetIN THING WAS GREEN.

Oh god, sounds worst than my KD-1st grade lunch with macoronian cheese that moves by itself. I never ate any lunch there and packed myself my own lunch.

NINJAEDIT: The Mac. & Cheese also did not have any sauce or was orange which meant it was good. I'm getting sick unleashing my nostalgia :<

I dont think ive ever been in a  school with decent lunches. I think the best Ive ever had was in my last school. They had a "serve yourself" station, but even then the food there was nasty.

Plus, nearly all schools i've been in are overpriced with everything. Hell, this current school has banned students and classes from selling food on campus because the cafeteria doesn't want competition.

I didn't go to a stuff school so my lunches were amazing.
One of the worst days of my life was when they stopped doing these glorious cheese-filled croissants, which were freshly baked and still warm so the cheese was melted, so that they could give us some fine-ass pizza instead.

lol why don't you go to normal school

anyways, our school food is just cheap junk food. burgers, pizza, french fries, tater tots, all that stuff
i don't even eat at school, i just eat at home when i come back

my school serves okay food. it wouldnt feul an ant though. most of the time its something like a whole wheat hot dog bun, a plastic butter knife and sun butter(whatever the heck that is) and a yogurt or something.

i pack my own lunch which is delicious. 2 turkey sandwiches with mustard on them, 2 twinkies, 1 bag of pirates booty, 1 bag of animal crackers or teddy grahams or something.

My school serves two kinds of lettuce together, then after that mainly crap.

it's not obligatory for your school to provide you with food

$2.90 for a spicy chicken sandwich, pizza, a pretzel, and some Gatorade over here

Our school lunches are terrible too.

mine come from a general store nearby which makes awesome blts so forget you, last year though the school I went to had onions in everything
they put onions in bread.
they put it in pizza.
they put them in everything just to annoy the crap out of me
