How to deal with douchebag neighbor? UPDATE PAGE 5

to preface this, I have stuffty impulse control, so that's why i have to ask you guys about stuff because my decisions suck ass

So, my neighbor is a huge douchebag. He's this scrawny ass, 4'9, 80 pound guy, 16 years old, on the crew team for his prep school, so naturally he thinks he's some hot stuff. Recently he's been aggressively trying to take my girlfriend. Like expressing verbal desires for us to break up so he can have her when he thinks I can't hear. Well, long story short, we're getting engaged soon and I know she would never leave me, but I want this little stuff to back the forget off. I've already asked him nicely and he's threatened to fight me multiple times.

Now, this is literally THE ONLY OPTION I see for making him calm his stuff and stop. Normally, if he were remotely close to my size, I'd take him up on his offer. But I don't want to get in any trouble for hurting him because he's too smart to instigate. I'm also 6'2 and 195 pounds, fairly strong and a hockey player to boot. It would look stuffty because A, I'd be the one instigating because he would never throw first, and B, I'd probably hurt him even just grappling because he's a loving twig.

I went to his parents and explained the situation to them and that he was harassing my girlfriend (sent her richard pics even) and that I wished for him to stop. His dad couldn't give fewer stuffs, and said something like "if he gets her that means he's better than you" and it took all of my self restraint to not rip his head off. His mother was the same way. I don't know what to do because he technically didn't do anything wrong and his parents don't care about it and are almost proud of him for it. What should I do? My options are running out at this point and my impulse to smash his face on the curb when I see him walking home from the bus is getting harder to control

It's not worth getting a criminal record over this no-good 16 year old. If your girlfriend really loves you this boy can send her all the richard pics he wants but she'd ignore it and still be with you. If she does otherwise and falls for him, then she's not only an idiot but doesn't actually love you. I think your parents should talk with his parents before the situation tightens more.

I'm over a foot taller and over twice his weight, and I live in a white as stuff neighborhood so his parents would bring in the lawyers if I just even gave him an indian burn

I don't want to get in legal trouble, I just got out of the psych hospital this summer and I don't want to get sent back for displaying "violent symptoms" or some stuff

I think this might work, but I don't know how I'll send a message without pissing off his family so they call in lawyers and stuff, maybe put him in a hold so he doesn't really get hurt but he feels that I'm too strong for him?
