Author Topic: [Update pg 1] Working Graphing CALCULATOR 2 FAQ [Image Heavy]  (Read 6293 times)

Hello, This is hair. Now first of all sorry for my bad English.

    Did you use add-on?
This calculator  was finished today and was started last week. I spend almost 6 days non stop making this calculator.
This Calculator uses a process called "Iron" (A computer brick) to work. I made the add-on "Iron" but it won't be released yet due to glitches, failure to respond, Crashing. If I fix that than the add-on will be released! There is another add-on I used and it is called "Disc". Disc is like a hard drive and could be used for making powerful computers! Disc won't be released too. The Disc add-on will only be send to people that knows how to use it.

When will the save be released?
It won't be released now but if the add-ons are released than the calculator comes with it.

Facts
This calculator was all made by me (Hair). If you look inside the calculator, the red bricks solves geometry, the transparent yellow brick solves graphing, the green brick solves calculating.

This calculator could do the following.
Calculating [C]
Graphing    [G]
Geometry   [6]
Notes         [N]
Help/Info    [?]
Settings

69/53=1.3018...
Don't blame me if I'm wrong, its the calculator :/

Graphing!
F(x)=5 x 89

Inside the calculator!
Inside that calculator the red and the green has the add-on "Iron". If you don't know what an Iron is, please scroll up and read again.
The mouse has the "Disc" add-on. The transparent yellow could be powered by the red bricks over the code 84 file. The Geometry and Graphing (Transparent yellow and Red brick) is composed of equations that needed to be typed in from the key pad. Multiply and divide don't work for geometry. The green brick is for calculating equations. The equations could be SCIENTIFIC method too. You must go to settings to change the method first. The mouse has 6 number signs which means the selections of the 6 programs/app.

I really hope you enjoy the video. If i get over 100 votes for "yes" than the save and add-on will be released!
Thank you

Can it find derivatives?

Can it find derivatives?

Sorry It can't but I'll try to include that on my next calculator

That's fine, great work on a calculator, I think no one else made a graphing one before

it can't divide?

edit: oh, you used D, why not "/"

The D means Divide
she wants the divide

anywho maybe a / would be more conventional but it's not to say this is a cool calculator
probably one of the cooler ones i've seen because obviously enough i don't remember calculators that graph

That is cool as stuff, would be awesome if you could have it graph complex functions. I guess the next thing to do would be to add an inverse and square root button.

Also maybe improve the aesthetics of it, I'm almost tempted to design my own body for it.

Very nice, and it is really cool that you made it work with decimals. You should include a square root button in the next version.

One thing I don't understand is the graphing function. It seems like you can only graph constant fucntions f(x) = a, which is kinda useless. Especially due to the lack of axis units. If it would work with an any function f(x), that would be extremely cool, but as of right now the graphing function is just wasted space in your calculator. Maybe you could start by implementing graphing for functions such as f(x) = ax + b, where a and b are user-defined numbers. That should be easy enough to do. Then you could do more complex polynomials. This would of course require a bigger screen for more accurate graphing.

If Jasa had made pixel events/bricks that were viewable from above (meaning they were on a horizontal plane, not a vertical one), then that'd be very cool for this, as pixel events allow for a single stud to be broken up into a 3x3 grid. I might bug him about this.

2x better than your previous calculator build!
Love it.

He actually ended up splitting a 1x1 plate into 2x5 pixels, so it would be a 5x5 grid on a single stud, even better.  Jasa would also need to add more space in the coordinate input fields for VCE.

Update
Update guys

Instead of using the add-on called iron. Instead I used JVS events and it's much more easier and complex.
But I added more hard drive and the calculator is using "brickyard" a computer software made from me just for blockland. You could save your work now!

A brickyard is an add-on that could have the ablities to send data from the memory and the hard drive and basically it's just similar to a computer, but is only used in calculators. It won't be released until it's fix.
The brickyard events are very dangerous on servers, it could crash, destroy brick or destroy your whole blockland. I only give this to friends i trust and knows how to use it. Only 2 people has this add-on which is me and some blocklander(won't tell you his name).
