The main reason I made this drama was because he didn't give a reason in the ban, and bought he was abusing.
Now it was clear I was breaking a rule by accident, everybody thinks I over reacted.

Agreed. As Blake1 said, you were loving around like half the other spectators. How is that paying attention to the game? How is Hug hands a big deal? I've had that tens of hundreds of times and I just said /hug. And how would you not pay attention to the chat as well? Only an idiot would completely ignore it. You should ALWAYS pay attention to the chat just incase something important (Server shutdown, announcement, warning) happens. I take Racerboys/Ravencroft's side.
