Author Topic: I went to the beach for the first time in my life today.  (Read 2508 times)

It was amazing. I was scared to walk barefoot in the sand mainly because I thought it was dirty, boy did I change my mind. It felt amazing walking in the sand and having the water tides coming along my toes and feet and the wind blowing and gusting upon my face. I am glad that I experienced it.

When was the first time you've been on a beach? And how did it feel?

How old are you?
I don't live anywhere near a coast and the first time I went was when I was like 5.
I don't think it's really that fun, because I hate seaweed and getting sand all over myself. I like the breeze and waves, though.

i was still in the womb first time i went to the beach

lol flordia

I've lived on the east coast all my life, I guess I've taken being walking distance from the beach for granted all this time

First time I went to the beach, there were icecream stores near. We packed a forgetload of soda in a portable-cooler which had lots of ice. I built a stuffty sandcastle, thought this one log was a shark and make some moats. I was like 5-7 Years old.

I turned 15 a few days ago. I never had the chance to go to a beach because I live in an urban area in a condominium and rather than sand, we have taxis and skyscrapers. I plan to move to Alaska though.

I lived in California for some time and was born in CA, and I guess it's just in my blood to like the beach. Most of my family is on the west coast too.

Lol, I live in Arizona in the suburbs too. No beach anywhere, but I still go like once a year. As I said, fun, but I could definitely live without it.

why

I need the cold weather, I love Alaskan culture, the scenery, the people, the quaintness of the state, and everything about it. I'd be happier there.

I could live without it too of course, I mean I have went all my life without it until today so duh. In Alaska they have beaches too odd enough. I like cold beaches.

79% of the people who commit Self Delete are Native American, I'm white. Many Natives are alcoholics and are stuck in poverty and have to live in remote villages during bitter cold darkness. It's not suited for everyone. Hence how it says per capita too.

Why not? I used to think this.
