Road Trip

So me, my Mom and Grandmother decided to go on a road trip and I'm in the car right now. Remember that camp I went to last year? Probably not. But I'm going to be visiting a friend up in Washington that I met at that camp (I'm in Oklahoma) so it's going to be quite a ways.

Here is our plan on the stops we're making. In order. Locations that are slashed are places we've been to.

Grand Canyon
Hoover Dam
Las Vegas
Reno
Close family that lives in Oregon
My friend.
Mt Rushmore
Close family in Missoula
All of these cancelled because sick

I am super excited for this and I hope I have a great time. No I'm not saying goodbye, I have an aircard and my laptop so I can get on whenever I want during this trip, hell I'm the car right now lol. Anyway has anyone here been to any of the places listed above?

I'm going on a road trip this columbus day. I mean it's not super long only abour 6-7 hours or about 350ish miles. But this is the longest I've ever drove and also the longest I've ever drove by myself. The furthest I've ever drover before was like 100 miles so this is gonna be exciting.

I'm going to visit this girl I've known since elementary school at her college. We're probably just get drunk and hang out. It should be a great time. Her roommate isn't gonna be there so we're gonna have the dorm all to ourselves ;) Which really means nothing at all.

It's all the way in upstate New York and I'm coming from the Poconos in PA. I'm gonna spend Saturday and Sunday night there then i'll be making my way down town Sunday night because I have classes on Tuesday. I might end up taking a nap at a rest stop on my way home. But it's kind of a bad idea since I'll be swarmed with roadside hookers in no time.

Slept at a terrible motel with rock solid beds and awful pillows. But had a good breakfest and made it to Arizona we should be at the Grand Canyon within 3 hours.

I live in England but I went to Arizona and places, and I went to the Grand Canyon, it was breath-taking!

The Grand Canyon was beautiful. It was so amazing to see so many cultures and people from all over the world gather in one spot. We saw people from Australia, China, Japan, England, just all over. I hope I get to go there again someday.

We slept at a better motel last night, it was actually pretty nice. We should be at Hoover Dam later today and we'll be in Las Vegas by tonight.

Made it to Las Vegas. Our hotel room is so niiiiiiice. We might actually go see a Micheal Jackson show later tonight but it's unlikely. I might even go to an arcade as well. Shame we're only here for a day I really wanted to donate a few copies of battletoads to the Pawn Stars. Speaking of that, we might visit down there as well. Heheheh

So... Las Vegas is amazing. They have an arcade in our hotel. It wasn't that big and the only games I really played were Pacman and the Claw Machine. I WAS going to play Galaga but the Claw stole all my money. Forgot to mention we also went to Hoover Dam. It was alright, wasn't what I expected, it was amazing how large it was though. :D

Got to see my Mom play the slots as well, she didn't start out well but ended up walking out with $80 which is $30 more than what she went in with.

Tomorrow, we go to Reno.
