Author Topic: I need some help dealing with Conduit  (Read 643 times)

Okay, so you all remember those past topics I made about those browser hi-jackers? Well, they got a hold of Firefox too and it changed my homepage to the Conduit homepage (which automatically downloads conduit n' stuff if you visit it), I managed to close it out before it could load (I hope) and now I have a question; how can I change my homepage without immediately going to Conduit? I tried to open a new tab but it took a bit too long so I immediately closed the page and now doing another scan with Malwarebytes

oh and also i'm having trouble with YouTube, my mouse looks like it's about to click something everytime I hover it over the video, it isn't completely hidden whenever I try to put it to the side of my screen, is anybody else having trouble like that too?

Download superantispyware and run the scans. Try changing the Firefox homepage in Safe Mode, so it won't get time to can't download the adware and crap.

If you mean the cursor doesn't disappear when you're watching a video in fullscreen, then yes- this happens to me as well, might be an issue on YouTube's end.
