If you hover your mouse over an avatar image, it shakes?

Not really sure if it's just me, but if you hover a avatar with your mouse, it shakes for once. Also happens on profiles. Is it just me or a new forum feature thing?

Doesn't happen to me on either of my computers. I seem to recall a forum theme someone made that did that but I may be wrong
