I take trazodone to help me sleep. Apparently it's also an antidepressant and a treatment for anxiety. I've also been getting off of video games/Tv a little bit before I go to bed too.
You probably could do without the pills. The TV/games an hour before bed is probably all you'll need.

Yes it's his fault. He probably went to mommy and daddy and said "I'm having a real hard time concentrating :((( ITS NOT THE VIDEO GAMES I SWEAR! OR ME BEING 13!"
And they gave him pills. Tada!
