as far as the builds go, some are definitely from the block party, and he could easily visit other servers for more screenshots

Did somebody steal Myst Island from Eksi and Squideey?  I could swear they gave up working on that long before the S&S update.  It looks like aside from the S&S preview screenshots, a lot probably came from the DOF megathread in Gallery.

Hey, I didn't realize they'd released it- I thought they'd abandoned it and left it locked up; I know it wasn't finished, because they were running into limitations of what they could do with bricks.
