A personal health question

Hey forums, I'm too tired to type a whole intro on my ipod and stuff so I will just get to the point.
My uretha has a red spot below it, and it stings. It doesn't sting right now but it stinged a lot before. I doubt it has to do with my procrastination. It does not itch. It may be because of the heat, but I'm pretty worried. Urination is normal and I just washed it. I have not had love, obviously, I'm 13. Please help.

I'm guessing if this Red spot is still there after a few days or grows in side, you should go see a doctor immediatly. One of the diseases Mawty mentioned may be what you have or it may be a sort of Bugbite (I dont know how one can get through your pants). Other than that, see a doctor if it continues instead of dissapearing.

I had it fyi it has to do with fapping, you got a cut on it. Happened to me too, it goes away after around 5-7 days. Nothing to worry about.
