I like this a lot, the theme of this looks like an old British rusty inn. It doesn't have any interior detail, but it still looks good. I think the exterior of the build was built very well.10/10

ontopic: its nice, but i noticed that your using a lot of blocks unnecessary

your using plates and little blocks for no apparent reason except for convenience
it looks spammy

Why are you doing this all the time, giving 10's to every build.
Give him some constructive criticism and don't just lie if you don't like it.
I give it a 2/10, The front of the house is fairly nice, and the shape is decent, but the house is fairly spammy and lacks in some detail. There needs to be more windows in the back and sides, perhaps even a back door and a yard. I would also change the roof a bit, it's too flat on the side of the garage roof.

It's a decent design, but the main thing that bugs me is the roof.

I like the simplicity but since it IS so simple, you could've taken it further. As of now, it's extremely bland and the brickwork is incredibly awkward.

Add trims, add details. The exterior should look like an exterior, not damaged drywall. Make the roof sit ontop of the build, and not incorporated into the walls. That way you won't get tons of height inconsistency where you have to fill in with tiny bricks and plates.
