That's soooo not the reason democracy is stuff.
It's not the reason democracy is stuff, but it's a reason democracy is stuff. Can you imagine how long it'd take to do ANYTHING? Even sweeping wins would take months to actually do.

All governments are stupid.

We need to abolish government and leave it to the people!!!!1

Why don't Republicans just give it up, seriously. They have literally tried hundreds of times to repeal Obamacare, none worked, most Americans approve of Obamacare, and not only that but it is known that this will not damage the economy nor take away any jobs. It will actually lower premium costs for healthcare. The single reason why Republicans are so against this is because all they are doing is lobbying for healthcare companies! Please, give it a rest.

Okay Funk, you're a friend but I think I should tell you this now.
Your intense hatred of Republicans is getting really loving annoying.
OKAY, YOU HATE REPUBLICANS AND BLAME THEM FOR EVERYTHING IN CONGRESS AND REFUSE TO SEE IT FROM A CONSERVATIVE POINT OF VIEW
You don't have to go to EVERY SINGLE POLITICAL THREAD and spew this stuff.

it's on the republicans for this furlough and it pisses me off.

I hold the democrats equally responsible as well as the voters and ourselves for supporting incompetent politicians.

Both sides are pretty much responsible for this because no one wants to agree ever.

The masses are incredibly stupid.

(i know you are kidding)

I feel like holding the economy hostage because you don't like something that passed congress already and has been deemed constitutional is pretty forgeted up. I'm actually pretty happy the deomcrats didn't give in completely on this.

I like to use the term Democratic Republic which is where you vote for the people who best represent your ideals to vote for the things you want to see voted for.

Nothing is 100% perfect and never will be perfect. Socialism, Communism, direct democracy, democratic-socialism, Republic, Confederacy, Monarchy, Family Dictatorship, capitalist democracy, all have their pros and their cons. Also people only support the thing that benefit themselves and not others. An example would be a that the rich favor a bill that taxes them less and middle and lower more. On the contrary the Lower class would favor a bill that lowers taxes for them while giving them more handouts and the expense of the middle class and higher class, mainly the middle class because they get forgeted over no matter what.

How, at all, is it on the republicans for this furlough? It's literally 100% equally Democrats and Republicans, both are unwilling to compromise about Obamacare. If the Democrats conceited, it'd be over. If the Republicans conceited, it'd be over. Equal.

Well since a majority of the web is left leaning it is to be expected to happen. Also with tons of youth on the web there will be a large rise democrats, socialists, and anarchists. Those in the south without access to internet or grew up with right leaning parents might be a republican, maybe a neo national socialist if the parents were heavily tribal, or maybe even a business man if the parents had lots of money.

It all depends on whose propaganda convinces who first. In this case the democrats are appealing to a majority of the youth. I'm not supporting either party, just pointing out my observations.

As for Obamacare, it hasn't helped my parents. My dad has been working for many years and has had 12% of his pay check cut out either do to budget cuts or some bullstuff excuse. Just now he is getting that 12% back and he has to get new insurance because the plan that my parents have is starting to cost them too much. My dad doesn't qualify for federal assistance because employer already offers insurance, but it the only insurance the employer offers is too expensive.
