I'm from the camp that says there is no such thing as original thought. Even your own personal project is based on and built up from the experiences you've had beforehand. They're inquiring other people to gain ideas and knowledge while relative to them you already came equipped with such, but you did not skip that step in the creative process rather you performed it differently and before them.
You're very much correct, there is no such thing as an entirely original idea.
So in the end you're harassing people because you're a little bit ahead of them in some aspects. Grow up.
I don't think I would mind these topics existing as much, if the people who made them actually followed through with them, full throttle. Turning the suggestions into their own thing; but that is rarely ever the case. It just sort of becomes a 1 week phase that dies out, and results in spamming a forum section.

He's actually correct; as I'm sure most of the people trolling the forums for ideas probably don't know how to make add-ons, or build/event all that well. However; I've found appreciation in simple things such as a "Fallout RP", sure the idea isn't very unique; the build isn't very good, and the weapons are nothing new; however the world that was built within it, I can tell that love was put into it to try to make it something of their own, out of something that had been established. I enjoy exploring things like it, I like seeing what "You" made, even if it's very little.
The gripe is that there's not much of a sense of trying with the topics that I posted above.
