After many long hours of work scattered throughout the past few weeks, the theater is at long last finished!

Beautiful build, I really like the theater.

the glow staircases make absolutely no sense and detract a lot from the style of the theater and other parts of the build. make it wood or a regular glass look. its like a weird futuristic staircase in the middle of a clearly modern cruise ship.

All I read in the title was 'Oceanco's Bigass'.

starhawk i like that you added a starbucks knockoff i hope they have trenta iced coffies

We have that to

Thanks a ton for your input, and sorry to hear you're not a fan of the stairs. I happen to disagree, I think the illuminated stairs give a cool accent and match with the accents in the ceiling lights. Though I greatly appreciate you taking the time to actually give some constructive criticism, which is what I really made the topic originally for, so I encourage the critiques!

excellent work starhawk. nice to see you have stayed dedicated after all this time.

I am in love with this project way too much not to see it through. It's a bit creepy actually :P

i agree with wehrm though that the neon staircases look out of place. maybe just a plain glass, no glow?
its like mashing tron with great gatsby; the style just doesn't match. it stands out too brightly with glow fx.
you could possibly add a light in the ceiling at the start of the stairs to help balance the glow brightness out.

also jesus christ you need to actually get into shipbuilding/design. make a yacht or something.
if i ever get rich i'd ask you to help design my yacht.

i didnt realize they were supposed to accent the lights but i think the lights should be changed as well, with a white glow instead of the cyan. the stairs could then be changed to a transparent white glass and it wouldn't mash up the previous style too much. the cyan, like conan said, is just a bit too out of place for my liking. I don't think it matches this style of ship, although it could work in some of your others that i've seen.

it'd be cool if when you were done, you used long-range music bricks to make the ship's horn like this
