OK, so I'm taking it that the new Golfs are bad...

... Might stick with the Yukon. It's falling apart though, I have to find something sooner or later.

you can do better than a golf for yukon money
i assume you could get like 2500 for it
ex:
1993 ish Mitsubishi eclipse / eagle talon (same thing)
any celica
ford probe
90's grand prix sporty model (not gxp those are NOT cheap)
nissan 240/200/280/300zx
maybe a miata those get up in price
higher trim civic hatch/crx

this may be the only time in your life you can own an exciting car, once you get a family or a commute, a sporty or fun car wont be attainable so make this next purchase a good one, when your kids ask you what your first car was, dont show them this

show them this

its rather depressing, that most people that have familys but love cars at the same time have to give up their hobbies
my dad was a professional race car driver for 10 years until i came along, thats why im so car crazy but he had to give a bunch up, so dont make the mistake of being boring during the only time in your life when you're allowed to be exciting

small cars are stuff to me lol

Nah thats a Dodge BRAT

but no seriously my dad was racing cars like this in the 1980's he got all the way to GT2 and continued doing SCCA and short track oval racing up until 1997 when i was to be born

i once found a floppy disk from 1993 that stated his long term goals, it said

2000: enter nascar busch series

the drivetrain alone is worth that

like i said before

lolwut
the drivetrain alone is worth that
I dont even know why I thought of that

I enjoy not having to see two ugly cars of that eye offending tier in front of me at the same time

i'd consider your opinion if you weren't one to get off to foxes
Here let me say it. You own an el camino.

like i said before

lolwut
the drivetrain alone is worth that

misjudged value on that one, didnt know those held value that well

you could get damn near anything you would ever want for 6000, buying new is a waste Volkswagen or not, a car you buy should never cost more than 10,000 dollars unless it is some sort of collector car or special edition/ limited production model paying more than 10,000 for a daily driver is a bad return on investment, it always has been and always will be, if you really like the new Golf, buy the 2015 model in six years when its worth 9000$

The fact that I own a green truck and my mom has A green camaro...
