I've always wanted to drive one of these just to see how it feels. Can't say it would be easy or fun though.

@caution I'm too lazy to quote but yeah, fixing the exterior rust is definitely near the bottom of my list. Ironically, I also saw a Buick Century today with the gas lid almost halfway rusted off and spreading into the rear panel. I'd like to get it fixed it isn't too expensive, but professional work with all the cutting and welding doesn't sound like it will turn out much better. I might either continue to ignore it or just do something cheap. The car is white though, so maybe the paint won't look so bad if I would do it.

I'm looking into getting a newer radio for my car now. My current one is factory and works great, but I want Bluetooth capability, so I'm looking at the Pioneer MVH-X370BT. Crutchfield has them for sale at $99.99, but I found them at Wal-Mart for $84.99 and I still have over $20 on a gift card. Will need to get some installation pieces and brackets for it.

I have the pioneer DEH-X65BT in my jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag
i like it

it can be a little obnoxious at night though

I always find it humorous when my mom sets off my car alarm, for instance today at work, she had to come get the MNPass out of my car for hers, and as usual, I forgot to tell her to use the Viper remote instead of the standard key fob one.  Sure enough she calls me asking me how to turn it off and why it even went off.  Classic mom's.

does it have an aux cable input on it? (the stock radio)
if so: http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-Hands-Free-Bluetooth-Versions-Smartphones/dp/B004CLYJ2I

No the car is too old. Plus, that's just about as expensive as the whole new radio.

I can't really tell. Is there much of a difference between the two besides model name?

Saw this today when I went with my boss to pickup his Jaguar.

On the way back we must have reached 90 to maybe 100 MPH. The speedometer is broken... :/

There's also no seatbelts and its a convertible. I could barely breathe at times.

The main differences between the two is that the MVH can't play CD's and it only has 1 set of RCA ports and you can't change the display colors
other than that they're incredibly similar

Eh yeah I mean I don't really use CDs so I think I'd rather go with the MVH for the sake of what I will use it for plus it's cheaper. I didn't see the steering wheel remotes though. I should get one of those since my factory steering wheel controls won't work anymore.

Mmm

Hm? All I'm getting from this is that the car on the right is the same model that I drive...

XDXDXDXD, Jeremy clarckson has said that for years, "it's just a jumped up volkswagen beetle" XD.

okay guys as i told you before my car is skipping on cylinder 6, no compression in that cyl. plenty of power but I dont want to burn a valve or anything else, plus it is hurting gas mileage. any suggestions for rebuild? is turbo really hard to do for a carbureted engine?

Turbocharging is difficult on a carbureted engine.  Also you might not need a rebuild.  Probably just a head gasket.  Isn't your car an El Camino?
