if by good you mean OK speed and has had and still has major failures, then yeah.

"still" has major failures?  Which ones?  And no, the speed is not okay, it takes a day to download a single gigabyte from their servers.

The hacker did not bring it down for a month.  It would have run fine, sony took it down for a month.  The hacker really just took the credit card details, which is the actual inexcusable thing and is way more dire than your loving gaming service going down.
