i know it is really small but i didn't want to make anything too big

Being small is okay, but if it's small, it should generally have some good detail. It looks to me like it's actually too big, judging by the amount of open floor space.

It's also extremely boxy, and lacks in color.

It is a very cozy build, it's a cottage. I think this is great.

Idk why does everyone who starts making houses makes the one pair of sides slanted and the other flat. The roof is supposed to meet* at a point, not just randomly stop at the edge of the home.
