Ah yes, I too was on that server the other day. I was buyer because I clicked the start new game button first, but for some reason everyone voted ElementRanger as buyer, who then I might add proceeded to have no idea what he was doing.

I have a disabled "Rating" mod that lets you rate players from 1-10, if their rating drops below 3, they can't vote, get voted for, use their own money, be a buyer

I don't think I should enable it because you can easily abuse the ratings, but I can improve it

You should also write some scripts what specificly save the admins own chat thus showing only what HE says, to prevent badmins.
