As a criminal justice person you are supposed to report missing or potentially dangerous persons. I would call the local pd or county sheriff. Most likely she has left town and I would contact the county sheriff since they have jurisdiction anywhere within the county.

My mother and I got into an argument and she left home without a word and has been gone for X amount of hours. She left home around such and such time and is current driving without a license. Her name is Jane Doe, age something, white, aprox 5 foot something, she has red hair, brown eyes. She took off in a Red 1994 sudan with the license plate number 123j6b.

If she is out, then she is High Patrol's, State Trooper's, or some other counties county's problem. However she would be low priority and they would most likely put a Beyond the look out for on her and not find her.

Here's some real advice.

You'll grow up quickly, and you'll be living outside the house sooner than you think. Let your parents deal with their problems. Don't waste your energy on a problem you can't solve.
