Author Topic: What? YouTube just removed the quality options.  (Read 2191 times)

youtube is turning into a piece of stuff

Quality options are back last time I checked.

Youtube assumes that 85% of it's community has computers that runs on potato salads, hence the Auto option automatically switches to a quality option depending on how well your Internet connection is doing. It's designed to stop buffering, but it rarely does that job and it hinders people more than it helps.

I would probably take a guess and say that Youtube was trying to convert into the Auto option permamently because it works so well and has no problems what so ever! <cracks a small chuckle>

Nah, you guys are just crazy. If it's gone it's a bug, not some evil plot to force you to use stuffty qualities when you don't want to. Youtube is set up by and heavily influenced by developers, they wouldn't do that to you.

Mine is fine, everyone is crazy.

If I could actually play Youtube videos on this computer I would post a image of that "Have a slow computer?" prompt.
