Author Topic: My drawing tablet pen won't work (on my computer only)  (Read 8650 times)

I recently found a Wacom Intuos 3 from a couple years ago in my closet and it came with a pressure pen, but somehow it just stopped working. Why does this always happen whenever I get something new?! >:U

I already checked the other functions of the tablet and it works perfectly fine. The pad works, the mouse included with the tablet can still interact with it.

what do?

Edit: The pressure thingy works, it's just that the pad doesn't sense the location of the pen tip.

maybe theres an instruction manual hidden somewhere.

oh adbot
ontopic : buy a new pen

what do you mean by stopped working? is the battery dead? do some things about the pen work? have you installed the drivers?

do some things about the pen work?
The tablet isnt able to sense the location of the pen, other than that everything's good. The latest drivers are also installed.

So if you press down on the tablet with the pen then where ever the mouse is on screen will click?

Did you put the batteries into it?

The pens don't use batteries.

Unplug your mouse then plug your tablet back in, sometimes the mouse interferes with it

Update: my dad tried it on his computer and it works just fine. I'm gonna try the mouse thing
