It's been that way since CSS was released, except with Steam's old system.
Google it. That's how my server has CSS content.

TTT or zombie gamemode. I can't think of much else but those are really fun.

It is a great Steam game with a ton to offer. It's simple, you just click on a server type you wanna play in and you are in! I think tornado chasing servers are a lot of fun. Enjoy the game when you get it, you'll love it!
