Can't install Java (installation was interrupted)

Yes I did google the problem.

I've been trying to reinstall Java after going to install the 64bit one for my PC but I get the same error no matter what I try:

I've used JavaRA to remove all the java stuff, I've deleted and uninstalled Java, I tried not having anything open that could interfere with the installation, no luck at all.
