I solely developed the XM system, and will stick true to its properties. I had permission from the OP to introduce XM two weeks ago. Since I went overboard recently, he said that there would be no super space race stuff now, and I'm starting small and with the theoretical developments so that developments would occur realistically, gradually over a long period of time.
Using current research to which your scientists have sufficient access, they may research further and eventually come to a minor discovery or breakthrough. If you do plan on getting a breakthrough, then all you need to do is ask me: "What's the next step?" I will tell people; however, not too often- probably once every two or three years.
Does that seem fair?
