SFR gives all of their plans for Algae collection and bio-fuel production.

SFR suggests that they mainly focus on Algae, as it has a larger bio-fuel output in a lesser production time. It is also easier to "harvest" the algae over a season specific time period.

im still here just working on tropical island planet base (i am not part of this space race bull, we're just using it to investigate the habitability of other planets)

Okay then. Now that we have algae plans, we too use unpopular lakes/ponds, and even some man-made pools or whatever.

eursoupe and the fedeoveratedion are amazing partners in crim

With NEU's economy boom, the union greatly expands.

You notice that since everyone but Kestroga kinda has an embargo on you (or is embargoed) your economy is getting impacted.

Well all my allies have to embargo you because of terms so :cookieMonster:
How would I be impacted by something that I was never a part of lol?

UFA scientists on the moon find traces of an unknown white substance, but are unable to isolate it.  It is named Arcrion.  Many different options are being proposed, including the Arcrion-rich rock being ground up and separated in a centrifuge, isolated by electrolysis, melted down into a more usable form, etc.  A lunar rover grabs 10 of these rocks for further examination.

(Don't worry guys, I promise to take this much slower than I have ever taken it.)

The UFA Expands further into South America.  A lot of land suitable for biofuel-yielding crops is cleared of trees and undergrowth.

SUDDENLY A STRANGE GRAY ROCK IS FOUNT IT IS STRANGE SO ITS sTRANGE DONT WORRY I WILL MAKE IT STRANGE NOT FAST SO IT WILL BE OKAY

Calm your fits.  This info is public.

Contact me if you make another discovery and want me to fill you in on some properties.

You're not OP. You should be the one contacting OP for properties.

I solely developed the XM system, and will stick true to its properties.  I had permission from the OP to introduce XM two weeks ago.  Since I went overboard recently, he said that there would be no super space race stuff now, and I'm starting small and with the theoretical developments so that developments would occur realistically, gradually over a long period of time.

Using current research to which your scientists have sufficient access, they may research further and eventually come to a minor discovery or breakthrough.  If you do plan on getting a breakthrough, then all you need to do is ask me:  "What's the next step?"  I will tell people; however, not too often- probably once every two or three years.

Does that seem fair?

No. It makes no sense. The moon is just an uninteresting hunk of rock.

IS it?

How's this seem:  I can also update the site with information as we go so that everyone can use it as an official resource.
Here it is.

SFR sends it's second rocket into space.

The rocket get's into orbit and does a month surveying of Earth, using multiple detectors and scientific equipment to find the varying gravitational force. This makes the, although now little, search for oil easier. A scientist on the project explains this: "Subterranean oil deposits are encapsulated in relatively light materials such as limestone and clay and because these materials are light, they have less gravitational force than the surrounding materials."

This map is sent to the NEU and Etrarctia.

The satellite then uses adjustments to get into the moon's orbit. The rocket that holds the lander turns and slows down by doing a backward thrust. The on-board astronauts in the lander start converting the rocket into the base of a modular moon-base. More rockets are scheduled to launch to give the current astronauts supplies/materials to continue with the moon base.

Well the only thing I think is bullstuff is how it landed with pads.  Rockets going to the moon travel at about 25,000 mph.  You have to have some serious thrust to slow that down, because padding like that won't save much.  And no, I used the thrust method, except that I used the thrust method in a series of two-stage rockets, combined with magnetic sails.  I needed more rocket parts to construct a base, so I did.

Another two rockets are launched.  These are unmanned, and carry construction vehicles for expanding the base.
