So I'm playing football next year, me and my friends want to start training a bit so we can actually make a difference on our team (a really small school that loses all the time)
anyways, here's a bit about me:
I can bench press 105 lbs no problems, I haven't tried anything more yet.
I can do 10-15 push ups within 1 min and 30 seconds (kinda slow it's not hard but, I'm just not really that fast with that stuff)
In my 40 yard dash, I got it done in 10 seconds
In our "Speed Run" I got 48 laps around the Basketball court, sprinting. (I probably could have done 3-4 more laps but my mouth was dry)
I can do 56 sit ups within 1min and 30 seconds

I can punt a ball pretty far and decently accurately
I can throw really far with a good spiral
I can run kinda fast
I can hit hard, but not like knock them out
Stance wise, I can stand a good knock and stay on my feet
I can catch as long as it isn't freaking 80000 miles away from me, cause I'm not super fast but decently fast.

So what do you think I'd be able to do? I might ask my coach tomorrow, but what's your guys' opinion. In Phys Ed I got advanced fitness so from now on I'm doing "Advanced" work outs. So by the end of this semester I gotta be able to do 20 push ups in 45 seconds, which yeah lol. I gotta get some more muscle on me. My friend said offensive and defensive lineman
